External EFT Feature Questions

Happy Holidays! I'm interested in the external EFT product but had some questions;

1. Is it fully functional in PvE? (Item prices for the ESP?)

2. Are there plans for a quest helper on external? I know the DMA version has the feature and it's not as important as my first question but I am curious 😛
