Any and all other refunds are entirely at the discretion of Synthetic Skill, by agreeing to these terms at checkout you acknowledge this is a digital purchase and you are not entitled to a refund.(Crypto purchases are excluded)

    It is the USERS responsibility to create a support ticket and request a refund in the even of an incompatibility, chargebacks that are initiated with no attempt to contact support and request a refund will be challenged, all information pertaining to your use, activation, usage, or download of our software will be presented to your bank.

    You are purchasing a SUBSCRIPTION, by default, the SUBSCRIPTION will auto renew at the expiry date of your invoice. You hereby acknowledge that any AUTO RENEW payment collected by SYNTHETICSKILL is intentional and correct.

    SYNTHETICSKILL sends out two separate emails to inform you about auto renews, one at the time of purchase and another three days before the renewal date.

    If you AUTO RENEW by mistake, as outlined in the conditions above, simply create a ticket to receive a FULL REFUND, you will FORFEIT the eligibility for a REFUND if you have activated the new license associated with the RENEWAL.

    You hereby agree that you will not initiate a CHARGEBACK against SYNTHETICSKILL, any CHARGEBACK initiated against SYNTHETICSKILL will be null and void as YOU, the end user have agreed to this policy at the time of purchase.
