Pre-sale question- What settings will I need to modify for the external EFT?

I know the question is redundant and whatnot, but I tried to use chams a few wipes ago, and after about 3 days I had to hard wipe my PC and change all my passwords to every account I have. Granted that version had me disable secure boot (which was my first sign but I had success with them a wipe prior to the bad experience so I chalked it up to just an update in the settings. I read you dont have to disable SB for these, but I'm curious what files I have to give the .exe any special permissions for access for them to work.

Just normal basic setup steps for a cheat, nothing required in your bios.
