BO7 Slot

Hi, very interested in getting a BO7 slot, my question is: whats the current status on BO7 slots for new users? Is there any opportunity or will it be impossible for me to get a slot? 

I've seen in someone elses post that they're only given to people who had BO6 slots but might be available if they don't purchase, have they all been aquired?

For now, slots will be made available at random, priority is given to my BO6 slot holders as some are waiting for WZ ranked etc.
