Do I need to put SecureBoot disabled etc

I come from PO nad wondering of we need to:
 

Intel Virtualization enabled in your BIOS. 

SecureBoot disabled in your BIOS. 

Windows 10 or Windows 11 (updated to the most recent version)

Anti-viruses including Windows Defender fully uninstalled

only thing that matters here is anti virus which we give you a tool to disable it.
